David Drewitz

Magic Wand Waver & President / Dallas Office

David has helped hundreds of companies get the results they wanted through campaign conceptualizing, marketing, branding and brand management, corporate communications, media strategy/planning, and public relations. His 18 years of marketing and communications experience in the corporate, creative and the account service side of marketing and advertising give him the expertise to lead your marketing and advertising campaigns from start to finish getting you the most marketing bang for your marketing dollar. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of companies in the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer Categories, including some names you may know like: JC Penney, American Airlines, Dairy Queen, Bruce Floors, Pro-Cuts and Fort Worth Zoo.  But, as a small business owner himself, David’s passion is in working with small to medium sized businesses to help them become more profitable and establish their name in their community.  David graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas, but his education doesn’t end there.  David is a lifetime student of marketing and as a self-proclaimed “marketing geek” he makes it his mission to know what’s hot in marketing so you don’t have to.

Darren Drewitz

Marketing Madman & Strategic Expert

Darren is a 18-year veteran of marketing, advertising and corporate communications with extensive experience on both the client and corporate side of marketing. Darren’s experience includes working at some of the top advertising agencies in Texas, as well as corporate marketing departments for multi-billion, international companies. Industry expertise includes: franchise-based businesses, tourism, food, logistics, and building-construction.  Marketing expertise includes database research, segmentation, hyper-targeting, brand development, media buying, creative strategy and direct response. Darren is particularly passionate and skilled at developing year-long strategic and integrated marketing plans. Darren graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas.

Dr. Jed C. Jones Ph.D.

Super Genius Predictive Analytics & Online Expert

Prior to Creative Options, Jed worked at Dell, Inc. in Japan for five years conducting customer analytics and e-commerce for the enterprise products division. Jed has a depth of experience building predictive models that leverage his knowledge of both neural network and statistical software applications. He has advanced knowledge in customer segmentation, database management, and mailing list management, having logged an estimated 10,000 hours using Microsoft Excel. Jed has conducted ROI, pro-forma, site selection, sales tracking, and customer segmentation analyses for Fortune 50 corporations, as well as for numerous small and midsize firms. He holds an MBA in marketing from UC Irvine and a Ph.D. in psychology and organizational systems from Saybrook Graduate School, as well as a B.A. in Japanese studies from UCLA.

Cheryl Walling

Account Coordinator

Cheryl serves as point person for the myriad projects in progress at the agency.  She makes sure deadlines are met, ads are sent and brochures are delivered on a timely basis.   She is responsible for new business development and works directly with clients to plan and manage effective communications strategies, ensuring projects are on strategy, on budget and on time. Cheryl as a bachelor’s degree from University of North Texas, and is active in the Humane Society.

James Ballard

The Creative Dude

James has over 19 years of experience in advertising as a leader, mentor, art director and designer. He has helped companies develop comprehensive branding campaigns, launch new products and create breakthrough, effective advertising. He most recently held senior management positions for RadioShack and TracyLocke where he led creative teams, consulted with strategic partners and streamlined processes. Previously, he held Art Director positions at agencies in Dallas and Michigan. James has a BFA in Design Communications from Texas Tech University.

Throughout his career, he has developed ad campaigns for Fortune 100 companies to regional and local accounts including: Radioshack and its many strategic partners. Pizza Hut, Pepsi, American Airlines, Harrah’s Casino’s, Verizon, Gaylord Hotels, and a variety of other retail.
